In this episode of the Crack House Chronicles Donnie and Dale tell the story of Randy Steven Kraft, The Scorecard Killer. Kraft is a serial killer who killed between 16- 67 people over a 12 year period from September 20th 1971 to May 13th 1983.
The vast majority of his crimes were committed in California., however a few were killed in Oregon and Michigan.
