Description

Alessandro Pelizzon teaches and researches in the School of Law and Justice at Southern Cross University in Gold Coast, Australia, in the emerging field of Ecological Jurisprudence, with a focus on the right of nature, Wild Law, and Earth Jurisprudence. His main area of interest is the intersection between Earth Jurisprudence and different legal ontologies, with a particular focus on Indigenous legal structures. The text we are discussing today is his chapter titled, "Earth Laws, right of nature, and legal pluralism" published in Wild Law--In Practice, edited by Michelle Malloney and Peter Burdon, 2014.
