Self-discipline is the abiity to control one's feelings and overcome one's weaknesses; the ability to pursue what one thinks is right despite temptations to abandon it.

What keeps you from doing what you know you need to do? It's very easy to get distracted from doing what you know you need to do and doing what you want to do.

Self-discipline can be learned and improved upon. Simple steps to propel you forward.

The K.I.S.S. ~ Consistency is the magic!

  1. Consistency with set-up for success!
  2. Establish a calendar to exercise your muscle (skill).
  3. Give up what is pullling you away from the skill.
  4. Set up a reward system.
  5. Find an accountability partner (a coach).
  6. Take DAILY A.I.M. (Action Ignites Motivation)
  7. Rinse and Repeat.

You can do this. It takes consistency to gain your self-discipline. I believe in YOU!!!
