People may not fail at life. However, disappointment arises. Feelings of being left out because of the responsibilities. And the sacrifice was too great. Now my life is what it is.

As a mom, we see life as a responsibility. How it should be viewed.... An opportunity to choose happiness which includes responsibilities and dreams with the ability to live a fulfilling life!

You can have a fulfilling life. Let's begin with your IMPACT Goal and make it SMARTERS!

S - Specific (well-defined, clear to anyone with the basic knowledge of the goal)

M - Measurable (so you know when it's been achieved)

A - Actionable (must lead with an action verb)

R - Realistic (within the availability of resources, knowledge, time, finances, etc.)

T - Time-based (enough time to achieve goal and not too much time to create procrastination)

E - Energizing (gives you energy when you are working toward it and moves you forward)

R - Relevant (applicable to your season of life)

S - Success (set yourself up for success)

The last "S" is your secret sauce! You accomplish your goal (even if you alter it some), you will feel AMAZING and will continue with living a fulfilling life!

  1. Follow the "SMARTERS" formula.
  2. Physically write out your IMPACT Goal.
  3. Post your IMPACT Goal.
