Description

We usually refer to the cost of doing business as time and money spent. As creative warriors, since it is often our own talent and skills that we derive our income from, we need to consider the other costs of doing business. The real costs of business, such as the energy spent, time wasted, and the ways we hold ourselves back dealing with our own conflicted thoughts.

I ask you to consider what might be the business benefits for you in making peace with your mind. Today we have the amazing Mark Coleman joining us to discuss the negative impacts of self criticism, and how thinking positively can better our health, our attitudes, and our overall mindfulness.

Mark Coleman is the author of "Make Peace With Your Mind" and "Awake in the Wild". He is also the founder of the Mindfulness Institute and holds an MA in clinical psychology. Mark has guided students on 5 continents as a corporate consultant, counselor, meditation teacher, and wilderness guide. Mark also lives in beautiful Northern California.
