Hey Criptcasters, I've got a special treat for Episode 10!! A 2 parter with Sandy Jimenez. Sandy is a filmmaker, illustrator and well known comics artist, creating the characters Sh!t House Poet and Marley Davidson, which appeared in the famed World War 3 Illustrated anthologies.
Sandy also grew up in the Bronx where he saw the birth of hip hop while concurrently spending Sunday afternoons in the 80s at CBGB's watching the most important punk and hardcore bands of all time at the infamous all ages matinees.
In Pt 1 we talk about the late 70's street parties, the route to take to get to CB's without getting mugged, and seeing Devo do a whole show running on treadmills!
