Acts 27-28

WHEN IN ROME . . .

• Don't let obstacles discourage you from sharing your faith story.
  • God has a way of taking obstacles and turning them into opportunities.
    • Make the most of every opportunity.

• Be intentional about sharing your faith story.

"After three days, he (Paul) called together the local leaders of the Jews . . . For this reason, therefore, I have asked to see you and speak with you, since it is because of the hope of Israel that I am wearing this chain."  Acts 28:17a, 20

• Who will you invite to hear your story?
• What hope will you give them?

• Pray that all who hear your faith story, and see your life, will respond in obedience to the gospel.

" . . . lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears and understand with their heart and turn, and I would heal them."  Acts 28:27b

• That they will hear the gospel.
• That they will see the gospel.
• That they will understand the gospel.
• That they will turn to Christ and be saved.

• Tell your faith story courageously and freely.

" . . . proclaiming the kingdom of God and teaching about the Lord Jesus Christ with all boldness and without hindrance."  Acts 28:31
