Homily given at the 11:30 a.m. Mass on April 7, 2013, the Second Sunday of Easter (Divine Mercy Sunday) by Fr. Pat Egan, Chaplain at Ave Maria Radio. The Resurrection of Jesus ushers in a whole new era of Divine Mercy. Mercy is love's response to suffering, especially the suffering caused by sin. We see an example of that mercy in His response to Thomas, and to us.
