Homily given at the 11:30 a.m. Mass on Sunday, September 28, 2014, the 26th Sunday in Ordinary Time, by Fr. Pat Egan, Chaplain at Ave Maria Radio. Fr. Pat, reflecting on today's Gospel (Matthew 21:28-32), notes that this parable is about changing our minds, putting God first, and doing His will. Then, turning to the second reading, he exhorts us to be of one mind as a Christian community, loving and respecting one another, in humility regarding others as better than ourselves, and looking to the needs of others before our own.
