In many ways 2008's War Inc should go down as an important film in the cannon of John. A satirical look at the early 2000's war on terror and corporate America that John co-wrote, produced, and starred in. How does the satire hold up? Depends on who ya ask, at the very least War Inc is a time capsule of post 9/11 insanity.
