Silicon Valley is an example of suppression as it is a source for many people of information through social media while suppressing information challenging the official narrative of everything. A former Google employee has launched a scathing attack on Silicon Valley giants. I cover this story and explain the bigger picture to these internet giants' actions. Social media claims to be about sharing information and an open space for free expression, when it's actually about subverting freedom of expression in ways I explain.

The FA, the football association in England, have unveiled an initiative for silent football matches for kids playing football. This is all about suppression and I explain why.

Artificial sweeteners have been found to cause various health problems. I have been aware of this for 10 years now and it's great to see it mentioned in the mainstream media at last. Artificial sweeteners are another example of suppression.
