It's fall of 2020 and we are still dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic. I'm coaching a lot on anxiety, both with clients and with my own children.⁠

I'm seeing a hyper-awareness of how the world has changed. ⁠

We are micromanaging our physical health and then on top of that, dealing with anxiety collectively as we watch the political climate heat up and so on.⁠

Many of my clients say they don't know how to feel hopeful right now. ⁠

And I get it.⁠

The good news is that feeling hope is available to us, even when there are difficult circumstances to face. But we have to know what to put our hope into. ⁠
