Description

In speaking with many sales executives about their next career move, many of them share with me that they'd love to be a Sales Manager, leading a team - which is a very logical and realistic ambition. Then when I ask the question 'Why do you want to be a Sales Manager?', the answers vary greatly: anything from title, prestige, status, more money, paying it forward. The list is almost endless. And it is almost like looking into a crystal ball - I can predict who will just survive, who will quit, and who will thrive. The ones who thrive are the ones who understand and embrace the Sales Leaders greatest responsibility.
