Our first D.C. villain. He comes from the early Teen Titans series in the 60's and has a character to match the times. Ding Dong Daddy is the hot-Roddin', Gang-Leading, Cool-Talking dude leading impressionable teenagers down the wrong path. M.D. and young Dev voice act out a few panels from the comic as well.
