This year for me has been about opening, awareness, spiritual seeking, stepping back, supporting and rising up. For most of us there has been a lot of change and a lot of different energies. It has been challenging and chaotic at times however it has also been an opportunity for us to step up, rise up, to make a change and to make a difference.
