Christal is a wife and Mother to 4 children. She has been a Registered Nurse in a small rural community since 2006 where she was born and raised. Then once she started her own family, her experiences with each child breastfeeding inspired her passion for breastfeeding. She became a Board Certified Lactation Consultant in 2019. Christal's passion is to help Mama's enjoy their postpartum, feeling supported and empowered, through holistic prenatal education. She also knows the struggles of living in rural areas where accessing care may not be easy or busy schedules not allowing enough time to fit everything in, so offering Virtual Consults is her jam. Additionally, Christal has taken continuing education on assessing and supporting families through tongue tie, which is also a service she has been able to address virtually.
What she wants to share with you is that challenges are temporary, you are strong and you can do this!
