Description

Our destination is the Kootenai River with expert guide and outfitter Tim Linehan, Linehan Outfitting, Libby, Montana.  A Blue-Ribbon fishery, the Kootenai is possibly Montana's most underrated fishery and boasts some of the finest Rainbow Trout waters in the State.   Uncrowded and remote, Field & Stream Magazine named it the "best place to lose the crowds" and "The best of the west".  Tim explains how an ad in Fly Fisherman Magazine changed his life as he dials us into the tremendous dry fly fishing opportunities here.  Bonus: wolf hunting, upland birds, encounters with bears and moose, plus chasing giant trout with Bump Williams, St. Louis Cardinals!
