Some Techniques for Conversing Online
One of my favorite techniques to start conversations in network marketing is the 20 Questions Game. You'll have to listen to the episode for the details there.
Another great way to build your team is to post shout outs. This shows that you appreciate what your team is doing and you instigate your sense of being a team leader.
And lastly, market research. You not only get to start a conversation, but you also collect market information too!
Changing the Vocabulary
We go over the differences between "team building" and "recruit" and why "recruit" is a word I never use in my business.
In team building, the goal is to serve every single person who is even thinking about the opportunity.
