To work in a restaurant magician you have to worry about more than just you magic. First you need to worry about how to get the gig, then you need to worry about how to satisfy your employer, then you have to make sure that you connect with each and every table. 

First she sets things straight about what exactly the role of the magician is in a restaurant. You are part of the team. You're a tool. You're a commodity for the waitstaff.

Then she explains how to connect with each table, and the importance of making sure your spectators are seen and heard.
