I asked John to dive into "The Napkin Approach" from his first book One Degree because I thought it would be helpful for this audience!
More than anything taking the time to help decide and find out what you like, and actually working hard is what will make you great. What exact process you follow is important, but not as important as being a consistent practitioner. Not to mention enjoying the process!
