I didn't get a chance to play at Burning Man this year because of the rained out weekend - but I really had a lot of intentions to do it. Tons of tracks were ready to go, a vibe, and a vision!
I realized how long it's been since I dropped a slamming Disco set down - way too long. I miss those days of warm fuzzy basslines, horns, and positive vibes pumping through the speakers. DJ Dan decided to sit this one out after 14 years - I wanted to bring the energy I love so much. The energy that drew me to come to Buring Man in the first place.
I tossed in a big amount of high energy Disco cheese tracks this month, that I almost could never make work in a set unless its played at a high energy party. Some tracks are from ten years ago, some are almost brand new, all of them are vibey as a summer night in 1976.
Really happy with how this one came out, thanks to everyone who added to my inspiration to get it done - I love you all <3
