European Podcast Nominee “The Truth”. Original podcaster DJ Mr Jay has produced a new selection for 2025 with some of the finest in Soul/Neo-Soul and R&B.
For August 2025 we welcome Muhammad Ayers who will be hosting the show. Muhammad Ayers is a singer, songwriter, actor and has been nominated for a Grammy for his work on Robert Glasper's "Black Radio 2". Specifically, he contributed two compositions to the album.
He's known for his work as a vocal coach and background vocalist for Justin Bieber, and for touring with artists like Ron Isley, Musiq Soulchild, and Ne-Yo. He's also an actor, appearing in Tyler Perry's musical "Hell Hath No Fury Like a Woman Scorned" and has toured with "The Book of Mormon".
DJ Mr Jay (Soul Inc) is a respected UK soul spinner whose roots go way back to 1978 and since then he’s played countless gigs all over the UK and worked in numerous high profile venues. (Bill Buckley, Soul/Jazz/Funk Reviews).
