Show Notes:
Biohacking is changing your genes, your biology and how you show up in the world. It is NOT just taking a magic pill or supplementing instead of finding the root cause of your problems. Many people who claim to help with biohacking are actually acting just like the doctors. They are both trying to give a simple fix in place of searching for the main reason a patient is ill. Many biohackers will have you go through a trial and error process where they have you take one "magic fix" after another until your symptoms go away. This is not true biohacking nor is it safe for you. If you take too much of a supplement than your body needs it can cause even more problems. This is why it is so important to test your levels and find the root cause before getting started with anything. If you are interested in my tips to proper biohacking give this episode a listen!
