A fisheries scientist by background, Frank is a passionate recreational fisher, lure collector and influential fishing journalist and author. He's penned numerous articles, been a fishing presenter on radio and tv and has written multiple fishing books including his Guide to Australian Fishes and 3 editions of his Lure Encyclopaedia- with a fourth in the making.
