Most people envisage kingfish, snapper or bluefin tuna when they think of South Australia's west coast. But the humble sand whiting is there in good numbers too - and is more than willing to take a well presented lure.
Dan Challinger has fished the Port Lincoln area extensively for a range of species, but loves to wade and target whiting on the shallow beaches that abound in this area.
