As a physician-educator and administrative leader with a disability Dr. Nichole Taylor is in a unique position to effect change. In this second part of her interview, Dr. Taylor discusses disclosure, help seeking behavior and the benefit of early identification and accommodation for learners with disabilities. She also discusses how programs who do not have a disability specialist in house can "crowd-source" information about inclusion.
