Knowing what you stand for as a person and as a professional, will help you articulate your value and shape your business.
In this episode I review: mission, inspiration, brand, beliefs and expectations. Take some time to jot these ideas down for yourself and create your own foundational ideology from which to operate.
As you go along in your business, when you're met with a decision or a fork in the road, hold your bran up to the decision and the possible outcomes and see if it's in alignment with what you created. If it's not, move on. If it is, proceed with confidence.
