Description

Limiting beliefs are negative thoughts that we have about ourselves and our abilities. They can hold us back and prevent us from achieving our goals and reaching our full potential. Some common examples of limiting beliefs include: "I'm not good enough," "I'm not smart enough," "I don't have the right skills," or "I do not have time for that." These beliefs can be deeply ingrained and difficult to overcome, but it is important to recognize and challenge them in order to move forward. To overcome limiting beliefs, it is helpful to identify the specific thoughts that are holding you back and work on reframing them in a more positive and empowering way using your Clifton Strengths. This can involve seeking support from others (accountability partners), setting small, achievable goals, and practicing self-compassion and self-acceptance. By addressing your limiting beliefs and holdbacks, you can free yourself from self-imposed limitations and achieve greater success and fulfillment in your life.
