Chapter 6 talks about being Carefree in Zion, and how The Lord loathe the arrogance of Jacob. He used Amos to deliver this message, when Amos wasn't even a prophet. He was a Herdsman.
In Chapter 7 Amos again is used to deliver a Warning Through Visions, then Amos is accused by the king, but he gives an answer.
