Suzanne Grimmesey, MFT is Chief Quality Care and Strategy Officer, and is responsible for leadership of Quality Care and Strategy Management within the Department of Behavioral Wellness for Santa Barbara County. Suzanne has a long history working in the mental health field and has a vast experience in creating, communicating, executing and sustaining strategic initiatives with the Department of Behavioral Wellness for Santa Barbara County. She worked tirelessly throughout the Thomas Fire and 1/9 Debris Flow in the Emergency Operations Center as a Public Information Officer by providing community support coordinating community response efforts and worked directly with many in the community impacted by the fire and debris flow. Honored as 2018 Women of the Year.
