Episode 25:40 How To Create A Roadmap For Healing

People often ask me to design them a plan.

A “roadmap” that will help them overcome some health condition… naturally, without drugs or surgery.

Unfortunately, that’s not as simple as it sounds because we’re all different.

Different because we all have different strengths… and we all have different weaknesses.

Because of our differences, there is not one “roadmap for healing” that will work for everyone.

There IS, however, one thing that WILL help.

It’s an outline.

An outline that I share with people in an effort to help them design a personalized roadmap for healing.

An outline that is based upon 5 words.

 

Two of the words have to do with physiological states:

1) Deficiency 

2) Toxicity

 

The other three words have to do with the “Factors of Health”:

1) Physical

2) Nutritional 

3) Emotional

 

On this episode I explain how to use these five words to come up with a “roadmap for healing.”

A roadmap that is designed specifically to help YOU optimize your health.
