This November we'll be doing something a little bit different.
Since it's International Men's Month, I've invited four inspiring men onto the show. The podcast's mission, however, remains the same: to motivate you to dream bigger and achieve more by providing you with fresh insights, useful resources, and guidance from successful business tactics.
In this episode I speak with Christopher Lübbers, the founder of Lübbers | The Power of Speech and Speaker Coach for TEDxLausanne.
Chris had long been interested in public speaking and at university he sought out opportunities to stand in front of people and established a club with fellow students to help him learn and practice.
These skills helped him to stand out as a competent communicator during his subsequent career in the hospitality industry. However, seeing just how much his colleagues valued help with their own communications, and how a fear of speaking was holding back some of his brilliant colleagues, he decided to take a leap of faith and start his own business as a speaker coach.
Today he helps entrepreneurs, mostly women, to speak with confidence and engage audiences so they can share their message, just the way they intended - and without having to learn lots of new skills in the process, but embrace who they already are.
