Margit's corporate journey began in Singapore in 2003, where she joined a multinational logistics company. Working on diverse projects across continents fueled her passion for change and transformation. With invaluable experience from Belgium to Germany and beyond, Margit found her calling in guiding others through the complexities of change.
Amidst starting a family and relocating to a new country, Margit experienced a transformative turning point. It prompted her to reevaluate her corporate identity, seeking a new balance aligned with her evolving priorities. Embracing freelancing and building her client base, Margit discovered her entrepreneurial spirit and a renewed sense of purpose.
Now, Margit empowers individuals and organisations in managing change effectively. With simple yet impactful tools and techniques, she guides others in embracing change, fostering resilience, and achieving sustainable growth.

About Margit
Margit Takacs is a seasoned change management and culture consultant, with a wealth of experience gained from transformational programs implemented around the world. She consults change leaders and practitioners to help them define a human-centred roadmap for change, and she trains and coaches them to build both competence and confidence along the way.
In her recently launched book 'Change Matters', through narrative storytelling, she invites change leaders and practitioners to reflect on their wisdom and tackle different challenges at the workplace, and she helps translate abstract concepts into tangible actions.
She is currently based in Geneva, Switzerland, servicing clients around the world.
