Ksenija was more than ready to carry value to enterprises as a SYSTEMologist after completing the training for the SYSTEMology certification.
She was able to educate her clients on the differences between Six Sigma and Lean approaches, as well as a structured systems approach to small company. While the former surely aided in the optimisation of their business processes, the latter freed them to explore other promising sectors by relieving them of the day-to-day operations of operating the firm.
