The absolute craziest interview I ever had on Insanity Palace was in November of 1975 with Flo & Eddie. The former Turtles and Mothers vocalists had come to Honolulu as the warm up act for Flash Cadillac and the Continental Kids (really now!) right after the release of my favorite album from them - Illegal, Immoral and Fattening. This podcast also has a set of Flo & Eddie music, a lot of which is from that album (Damn has it really been 40 years?). This may have been the only interview I ever did where my alter ego Melanie participated and the boys played along without missing a beat. (In fact if anyone missed a beat it was ME!) ENJOY!
