This interview was conducted on air at KTUH-FM January 10, 1976, just prior to Frank Zappa's performance in Honolulu's HIC Arena (now the Blaisdell Center). I was totally awestruck at being finally able to meet my ultimate musical hero and I think it shows in a couple of embarrassing moments, but overall the stories he tells of his early days performing in Waikiki are priceless.
