The Supreme Court recently struck down President Trump's tariffs. 

And that means there's good news and bad news. 

The good news is that you're likely going to be entitled to a full refund of any IEPPA tariffs you paid last year after the SCOTUS ruling.

The other good news is that the CBP has been instructed to make the job of getting tariff refunds as simple as possible.
