Now Brown, the co-author of the Virtual Learning Community micro-credential with the Center for Teaching Quality (CTQ) believes that virtual learning will continue to transform education. Brown, who holds a master's degree in multicultural education, knows that cultural competence is essential for all educators who hope to lead the students of the future.
