CPM has been the standard since the 60s. This has to change. The average variance from Substantial Completion in our industry is over 50 days late. This is unacceptable. We know waterfall scheduling does not work, so why do we keep using it? Better the devil you know than the angel you don't, right. Well, I guess if that works for you.
