Description

Episode 500. Jason marks the milestone with a topic that's been on his mind from recent project walks: the morning hours wasted on workers walking around mobilizing materials instead of installing them. He shares the recent capstone event with Petticoid Smith, his first major speaking event in front of 200 to 250 people in downtown Phoenix, and then digs into the principle: workers have a limited amount of mental discipline each day, and the highest leverage hours (early morning before 10:30 or 11:00) need to be spent on the actual install, not on treasure hunts for the right materials and tools.

What you'll learn in this episode:

The sin of walking around. End it, and the morning becomes the most productive part of the day instead of the most wasted.
