Description

Every time we do something we don't want to do, we are working against our own interests, forcing our drive to  come from outside pressure and not from within.

In the long run, trying to force ourselves to do something can work, but you don’t enjoy the process and often end up burnt out.

Transformation happens when we shift from ‘what we should do’ to ‘what we want to do’.

Accessing our inner voice allows us to hear what our body and soul wants. 

Listening to this little voice empowers us to do things that we truly believe in. It’s a place of fulfillment, joy, and productivity led by inspired actions.

Today, I talk about accessing inspiration, tapping into your inner voice, and finding your inner cheerleader, especially in those moments where you feel like giving up.
