Have you ever had a sadness spell sneak up on you seemingly out of nowhere? One minute you’re fine and the next you’re all doom and gloom and feel like you’ll never be happy again?
Here’s the thing though, there’s usually a reason or reasons for your sudden weariness. And figuring those reasons out is an important part of how you eventually shut them down.
