As humans, we often attach our happiness to things, situations, and people. 

What we don’t realize is that these things aren’t everlasting, and that at any moment there is this possibility of losing them. 

That’s why most of us end up in pain when something happens like a relationship ending, losing a job, or even when your valuable items are stolen.

I know it’s not easy to let go of attachment. It’s a continuous battle within us. 

However, our attachment to anything, no matter how valuable it is, is not worth our emotional well-being. 

LETTING GO is the key to a more fulfilling life. 

Today, I want to talk to you about non-attachment and its importance, benefits of practicing non-attachment, different types of attachment, and the practice of letting go so you can start living a happier life.
