Coach Jon is a Precision Nutrition Level 2 Master Coach and head coach of Freedom Nutrition Coaching.  From Nanotechnology Researcher, to Marine Engineer, to globetrotting English teacher, he's had a pretty interesting journey. Amidst the crazy adventures of life, he went through serious trauma while living in South Africa, and his weight ballooned up to 328lbs. He grappled with PTSD, binge-eating, and medicated his trauma with food. Name a diet. He's probably tried it. He didn't just magically lose 100lbs overnight.

And his conclusion: DIETS SUCK.

When he says "diets suck" he means, they basically suck the joy out of life.

So, when he founded Freedom Nutrition Coaching, he said forget all the flashy, fad BS. His approach to physique transformation is simple, effective, and founded on time-tested, scientifically validated principles.

No quick-fix scams. No overpriced garbage supplements. No restrictive fad diets. No endless cardio. No belly wraps or Vaseline rubs. None of that works. If it did, people wouldn't be dropping $200 billion a year on it.

Instead, driven by compassion and real-life experience, he focuses on behavioral psychology and unravelling emotional ties to food, to help his clients not only lose weight, but to live a vibrant life that they truly enjoy, so that they never have to diet again.
