Description

Last week we talked about how everyone has a dream customer they want to do work with, but to get the attention of those customers usually you have to start small.  This weeks episode  builds on that by discussing what to do when you do land a big customer, and  how to establish yourself as an honest, credible person in the eyes of those customers by being transparent with them.  I understand the idea of being open and vulnerable  may make you nervous, but showing the customer you have nothing to hide will create a strong foundation of trust. When you earn trust in any relationship,  cool things happen.  Mentioned in the Episode  Hufft - Hufft is a design shop that creates meaningful spaces and objects.
