Starward are a rapidly growing Australian Distillery based in Melbourne and their entry-level Blended Whiskey they call the Two-Fold. In addition to reviewing the Two-Fold, I look at some of Starwards history, how they age their Whisky in so-called Wet Barrels that are ex-Red Wine, predominantly, and I also coin a new expression to rival the slang word, Scotch. Australian Whisky = Ausskey. It's gonna stick people!
