Some online, self-proclaimed aficianados aren't fans of Dalmore for their use of colouring and filtering in their offerings, so when I had the chance to try the 12 Year Sherry Cask offering, I went in with modest expectations. It's an interesting dram and I look a little bit into the naming and branding of Dalmore, their production and yes, whether the haters were right...or if they were wrong...
