Amber Lane are an Australian Distillery a hour North of Sydney and they make some unusual Ausskey's, including the Equinox. It's fair to say that this Ausskey shocked me at just how good it was. I look at their still design, the Mary Rose, as well as their brief history and their insistence on longer aging and how it's paying off for them. This one, is a cracker!
