Having heard that Tamdhu were known for their Sherried Scotches and being a fan of this type of Whisky, I had to grab a three pack of samples to try. The first one to review is their 12 Year Single Malt offering, but without anything definitive on whether it was Chill-Filtered I set up my own, rather rudimentary experiment to try and determine if it was Chill-Filtered before I opened the sample bottle. What did I learn? It might surprise you...but more than likely not...
