GlenAllachie are renowned for their Sherry Bomb scotches so I just had to try some of their offerings, starting with their 12 Year Single Malt. I also breifly touch on the modern history of GlenAllachie and how Billy Walker used the proceeds from his BenRiach departure and sale of Glendronach to buy into this fledgling Distillery, and then transform it into a formidable Distiller of Single Malts in only a very short period of time.
